"I’m new at figuring out the whole insurance thing as my husband always handled that and he recently passed away. I called and asked for a female agent and was transferred to Erika. "If negative 5 stars were possible, I’d leave that. Horrible service, specifically Paul himself. There was a major issue and lack of communication on our policy which I had just switched everything over to and received a letter saying coverage was being terminated. Reached out to Paul SEVERAL times to receive one to receive one very scripted policy with zero personable interaction. Zero accountability when our issue, was 100% their fault and lack of disclosure which they never owned up to. When the issue was brought up to corporate no information, records, documentation, or anothing other than a satellite image of our property in the shade, was provided. That’s how the roof was determined in need to repair. A satellite image, with full shade from our tree. Zero course of action other than WE could pay for an inspection and file a dispute. This branch did absolutely nothing to assist or offer assistance. Horrible customer service. Paul is a disgrace to State Farm. Needless to say, I immediately removed all my policies, my wife’s, and her family’s. Will NEVER do business with State Farm again. Forgot to add. All of this would have been avoidable if one of his agents would’ve informed us the homeowners policy was contingent on and inspection. We were told, when we left the office. Exact words “cancel your existing policy tomorrow”."
